Base Essence - grounding and security

Base Essence is the first of the Aletheia range. Using a unique process, it was lovingly crafted in Barrington Tops from a blend of herbs, crystals, essential oils and flower essences.

Base Essence offers feelings of peace, stability, certainty and an inner connection with the self. It activates courage and innate strength; being indicated for when you need support such as during periods of disruption, uncertainty or change. Particularly helpful for people who are ungrounded, who spend a lot of time in their heads, who are overwhelmed with spiralling and persistent thoughts or need protection from external influences from their circumstances or the environment.

It’s effect is calming and grounding, soothing overwhelm, reconnecting you with your body and giving the strength to meet the demands of challenging circumstances. It is very helpful for both temporary and more habituated states of fear and uncertainty, quickly transforming them into states of calm, peace and security

The recommended dose is 7 drops taken twice daily, under the tongue, for at least 1 month to fully experience all that this wonderful essence has to offer
